Frozen screen for Glass PIN

Trying to reset my Sky Glass, it has frozen on "Choose your new PIN", how do I complete restart procedure?

I have a Sky Glass TV. Dur to financial problems I missed some payments & my broadband & Sky Glass were disconnected. I have paid off my bill & am trying to reconnect my Sky Glass so I can watch it, but it is stuck on a screen "Choose your new PIN" which I have done, it is not advancing. Can you solve my problem please?
