Frozen pictures
you can't use YouTube, the image is blocked, the channels are the same

Hi @Paula145
Sounds like poor connection or broadband speed. Have you run a speed test in Netflix (profile picture> get help ? > Connectivity check).
What's the result? Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if you have multiple sky streaming devices.
