Unless you've changed it, it should be the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

@Errol-George29  The default PIN number is the last 4 numbers of  the phone number you have registered with Sky.

 

If you changed your PIN from the default then you have a problem and no one on this customer forum will be able to help you.
