Fault on sky glass to as channels on the tv in bedroom are working

Tv in the  bedroom all channels  are working .

issue is technical fault on my sky glass can you do a remote check from your end please

No, no one here can do that as this is a customer helps customer community.

 

The issue is more likely due to poor/weak wifi

 

On the Glass TV affected open the netflix app, go to Get Help, run connection test.  What speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
