Fast forwarding ITV
I have a problem fast forwarding ITV catch-up. It takes about much longer than it should do even if I'm on x30. Any advice would be appreciated!

No issues here so not a global issue. A few things to try.
1) when the ads come on press rewind. When it gets back to the start, it plays the next segment without the ads. Better than using fast forward.
2) have you tried a reboot? (Settings > System Management > resets & updates> restart)
3) try refreshing apps (same menu as above). Note it can take 24 hours for this to process.

Hi @Deborah0166 and welcome to the forum. You could try resetting the cache of the ITVX app: open the app & enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7
This procedure clears the cache and should help resolve issues with the ITVX app (it does nothing for any other App). After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue.
Note - there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you have the ITVX homepage open.
