Error message
I have this message on a blue screen-
sorry because of a technical issue, you're experimental limited service.
any advice on how to fix?

Reboot the TV, either by turning it off at the wall for a minute or two or via the Restart option in the settings menu.
Then also check the broadband speed being received by the TV. To do this run a network check from the get help menu in the Netflix app. Sky Glass needs a constant fast and stable connection of at least 25Mbps to function reliably.

Still getting the same message. I want to go to settings to change the WiFi but it won't let me.

Can your please work through the following Sky help article that deals with this on screen message;
It may be you will have to do the recovery procedure on the last step, once you have completed all the previous options;
