Episodes not loading on sky glass

Episodes are available on sky mobile and appearing available on sky glass but when I try to play it's showing as this item is currently unavailable. Is it possible to hard reset sky glass?

Hi @mattf1805 

 

Is this everything or a specific program or series? If the latter a hard reset is likely to prove fruitless. It could be an issue with meta data. If you email the Sky viewer relations team viewerR@sky.uk they can investigate.

 

If nothing is playing pack, try unplugging the Glass for a few minutes and try again.
