@Soc3 We are just customers like you. You will need to ring Sky if you aren't able to do it online.

You'll need to give Sky a call. 31 days notice is required to remove packs from your subscription..

I was hoping someone would be able to give me a number for Sky as I can't seem to find one online at all

Re: Downgrading my plan

@Soc3 We can't post numbers on the forum but if you go down to the footer and click on the Contact Us link you should find it. If you click Account & Subscription, Changing my subscription, Changing my Sky Products then go down to the Still need help? section, click Yes then downgrading and you will get an online help box and also a call us box.

Failing that, a simple Google search will provide you with it.

@Soc3 You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
