Display issue

Hi there,

I had a Sky Glass 43" Gen 2 delivered on 26 June.

I've connected it up and it's working, but over the weekend (5 July) I noticed a horizontal line running across the screen. It looks like it could be related to the display panel.

I've already tried troubleshooting by switching the TV off completely and unplugging it from the mains before reconnecting it, but the issue still persists.

The line is visible on all TV channels, all streaming apps, and the Sky Glass home screen, so it doesn't appear to be related to a particular source or service.

You need to call Sky and ask for the unit to be replaced.

There have been many instances since Glass launched of random vertical lines appearing, some of which have been fixed by a reboot. Your issue sounds more backlight related, like one of the LED panels isn't functioning correctly.

Sky Glass only has a 2 year warranty so get it replaced as soon as you can.

Re: Display issue

@CourtneyW1 also remember you have 30 days in which you can return the Glass without penalty.... some customers exercised that right when their sets developed faults shortly after set up.
