Disneyplus Login Issues

So, I activated my Disney+ through my MYSKY app and paid for the package. As far as the sky is concerned, it is all linked and working. 

I went to the Disney+ app on SkyGlass to log in. 

It asked me for the email account I used. So I put in the email address I used to sign up for when I bought my SkyGlass TV, then it showed a QR code that took me to the Disney+ site, and it said another email address was being used by a third party. And then it wanted me to pay another monthly fee to subscribe. ( which I didn't ) 

I repeated the process with the other email address I have, the email address that is apparently connected to the marketplace. And went through the same process, and again the same message. 

So now I have a Disney+ subscription through my Sky, but I can't watch it. 

 

May I have some help, please.
