Recently changed from Sky Q to Sky Glass and when I go on the Disney+ app and try to activate or link it always  puts the QRC on the screen and activation code but sends me to Disney to complete subscription for £ amount instead of linking my sky account? I've tried resetting tv etc but same thing... weirdly on subscriptions on sky glass itself it does actually say I've got the subscription with ads? Can someone help? Thanks
