Disney +

Hi all, since transfering our Disney + account over to Sky we have been unable to access the app on any devices other that the Sky Glass, have tried everything we can think of. The apps only allow us to go so far, and then send a verification code. When entered the apps don't recognise it's been entered. Driving us insane, any help/ thoughts appreciated.
