Disney + app on Sky Glass

I've recently switched to sky glass, 1 in my living room and 1 in a bedroom. The Disney+ app works fine in the living room but on my sky glass in the bedroom every time I try to go into the app it 1st takes me to a subscription page, I then have to back out and go back into the app for it to work. Anyone know why this is? Thanks
