I already pay a subscription to Disney. Do I have to wait untill my contract is up before I can access this for free??

You can view Disney with ADS via Sky as part of your Sky subscription. You can cancel any direct paid subscription with Disney. If you want no ADS or UHD with Disney then update your subscription via Sky so you can take advantage of the reduced subscription costs.
