Discovery+

Ever since I got my sky glass I couldn't get Discovery+ it said I was logged on but it wouldn't connect. I've spoken to Discovery+ customer services for nearly 12 months and they can't do anything about it! Spoke to sky customer support and they can't do anything apparently. Really annoying because if I want to carry on with say a show on  'Really' it will go to the app and I'm signed in but it won't let me watch anything 😡😡😡😡

Have you actually linked sky and Discover accounts together?
