Discovery
As i have never, been able to access Discovery plus, on my Glass Gen 2, ( It asks me to subscribe, despite having it included in my package) are Sky in breach of contract????

Hi @Nigel19076 Did you move from Sky Q or any other Sky product to Stream? If so all your Marketplace subscriptions were cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link)
You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following: Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following: your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription. If so select Activate subscription.

Hi. sorry for the delay, no I moved from Stream to Glass, the links you gave me lead to a page, no longer available.

It sounds like you have already activated it then, if you are getting that message.
You cannot have two activations.
Are you sure you are using the email aand password you originally activated it with, have a read of the following?

If you think you are, come back here and we can escalate to the Sky community escalation team for you.
