Delay switching channels

When I switch channels there is a 16-20second delay for picture and sound to appear

How is your tv connected ethernet or wifi?

The tv may be sloe to respond if tou have a weak wifi signal. Try a test in the Netflix app go to setting and you can run a speed check. If you can an ethernet connection is more stable.
