Who is your broadband provider? Is it Sky?
Sky Glass relies entirely on you being able to provide it with a fast and stable enough broadband connection in order to function. You have to be willing to troubleshoot your home network as there is no engineer support for Sky Glass.
Have you checked the speed actually being received by your TV by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? What speed is reported?
It's worthwhile experimenting with renaming your WiFi channels on your router so that you can choose whether Glass connects to 2.4 or 5Ghz channels - one is often better than the other. Alternatively, connect the Glass TV direct to your router with an ethernet cable and turn WiFi off on the TV's network settings.
