Connect Whole Room

Recently moved over to sky glass & cant figure out how to connect telly in bedroom 

I have Whole Room subscription 

Received a 2nd remote - is this the puck referred to in the other posts.

Hi @WholeRoom 

If ordered correctly you should have received 

1 x glass tv which has sky system built in 

1 x puck which is a little black box that plugs into an existing tv in an another room via a hdmi socket 

each will have their own independent remote and will have an independent setup and activation once powered on

Thank you.   So we've plugged the puck into the sky glass.  Is that not what we should have done ??

No - the tv has sky built in 

the puck needs to be plugged into a separate tv you already own

Hi @WholeRoom When you plug the stream puck into your bedroom TV it must be setup as it works completely independently of the Glass TV.

You plug the puck into your other TV not your Glass TV.  You then need to follow the setup steps here https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/setting-up-sky-stream
