Confused

I currently have A Sky Glass Tv downstairs and a smart tv and puck up stairs in my room .  my daughter has a puck in her room too and wants a Sky air tv. If I get one do I cancel the puck as I believe it will just link to my account ?

Only return your spare puck, once Sky have asked you to.

If you order your Sky Glass Air on a call with Sky, you can ask them about returning the puck.

The procedure for returning a puck is as follows;

Also, and maybe it may not be the case for you, read on.

You need to check in your MySky that the puck  you are thinking of returning is not listed as the Primary device.

Normally, any Glass TV should override any pucks within an account and be the Primary device.

So as you have a Sky Glass TV, that should be showing as your primary device in your MySky.

There can be times when a puck may be set as a primary device, even with a Sky Glass TV on the account, so please do a check.

You can change a device to primary, in your case to the Sky Glass TV within your MySky account.

Personally I wouldn't send the puck back. Sending it back will not save you any money. I would keep it just in case you want to use it in the future so would save you having to pay the fee again. You could always keep it as a back up if your other puck or one of the tv fails. @Trooper337
