Comes up with technical fault

This is not the first time with the TV really hate this TV nothing but trouble and problems don't know why I am paying for it anymore must be over 100 problems since I have had it. Turn TV at switch so many times.

It's probably the most common complaint about Sky Glass. To minimise the chances of it happening you need to make sure your broadband is as fast and stable as possible. Without this, Sky Glass just simply will not function very well. 

If you're connecting via WiFi, make sure you have network standby mode turned on in the TV's network settings. 

If you're connecting via ethernet, make sure you have WiFi turned off on the TV's network settings. 

Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? It's the only way to discover the speed actually being received by the TV. Sky recommend a minumum of 25Mbps for HD streaming and 30Mbps for UHD streaming, but ideally you need it to be a lot more to cope with speed fluctuations from other devices using your bandwidth.
