Channel 5

Hi folks,

 

Whenever I'm watching something on my Sky Glass Gen 2 TV specifically on the Channel 5 app after an advert when I've fast forward it always freezes on the next part and refuses to play.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?

 

I've tried refreshing my apps in System Management and this hasn't made any difference.

Have this same issue when the adverts have finished and the program starts it freezes. you simply have to to fast forward a couple of segments then press play and the program continue.

Hello.  I am having exactly the same issues.  Every program we watch on the My 5 app freezes.  You can't continue to watch a program as it freezes and will not restart.  

I have refreshed the app several times yet it still happens.  Very frustrating and just tried 5 times to watch a program.

It's taking over 5 months to fix and in reality the Sky Pick is nowhere near as good as Sky Q. It's seems to be more of a Sky issue than a My Sky
