Channel 4

Channel 4 does not appear on my home page (see pic attached).  If I use the big circle button to flick forward through the channels, it misses C4 and goes straight from STV to 5.  To get C4 I have to click on the TV Guide and scroll down to it and it loads fine with sound ok (without the sound synch issues I see others have reported).  But strange it doesn't appear from home and is missed when flicking up / down channels ... any ideas ?  Have made sure software up to date and have switched Glass TV off / on ... this has been an issue for me for a couple of months.
