Cant access paramount plus

Hello, my paramount plus has stopped working recently. I have sky cinema, which should include this. When I try and access through the app, it tries to make me pick a plan. When I try though the tv, its asking me to activate and when I do this im getting an uh oh, something went wrong message. 

 

I tried changing the email address and scanning the qr code on the tv, and it says Your Sky Tv subscription has either expired, or doesn't include paramount plus. 

 

There is an option to sign in with a partner on the app, but this only includes Appletv.

 

I feel like im gong round in circles. 

 

Has anyone encountered this recently?
