When trying to use My5 I get an error code. My5 said they have fixed the problem, but I to delete & reinstall the app? Not possible on Sky glass
U app kicks me out when I attempt to watch something. Both work fine on my phone. Pls help

Try the refresh apps option in settings. This can take a few hours to complete in the background
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
