Cancelling Sky Glass

I've switched to Sky Glass from Sky Q and I have to say I'm not impressed! Can I reconnect my Sky Q equipment and keep the Glass TV? Obviously I would continue to pay the monthly payment for the Glass TV.

Yes. Call Sky to cancel the streaming subscription & start a new Q subscription. They can reactivate Q almost immediately if you still have all the equipment.

Hi @Ant+Inwood Provided you are within your 31 day cooling off period there should be no problem but you will need to contact Sky to discuss (this is a public forum ad not Sky). There have been a number of posts on the forum where subscribers have returned to Sky Q and connected their Q box to a Sky Glass TV.  As you say you would still need to continue with the Glass payments until the TV is paid off.

You also aren't obliged to keep the set if you are rejecting it within the cooling off period.
