Hi, I finally have had goods news from STV.

A fix has now been released which should help with the issue you have been experiencing.

Please switch off your device to force the Glass operating system to pick up the new release.

went straight to the section I asked for. never stopped on that blooming picture for 'The Chase'

fingers crossed that it keeps working

I also went into settings on Tv and restarted device...

Good news. STV players appears to be doing what it should be doing. Hopefully it will last. Thanks yo all those who gave suggestions are tried to help me x

Just wanted to check with you that you know things have been fixed and your mum should be able to watch her soaps now. STV have provided a fix and if you turn your tv off at the mains and back on it should pick this up and work again. I'm back up and running 🤗

Hi, I messaged them earlier to say to try the actions from your earlier comment & I've literally just had a text to say she's now caught up on Corrie 😂

Glad to hear it's sorted now & appearing to work for everyone.

I bet we'll never find out the cause/who was slipping up.
