Can anybody help me please
45yr single female 5ft tall and less than 8 stone in weight. I can't even lift onevend of it!! I already had sky glass air 65 delivered & installed perfectly, 28th July I had a 65inc glass gen 2 delivered & assumed it would be the same service as last time. I was very wrong.
The men refused to lift the TV onto my TV unit for me; even when I tried to reason with them. Thy were so rude and abrupt and now I just don't know what to do. Recently moved from refuge accommodation so I'm totally alone. Nobody to help can I pay for an engineer visit

Hi @rebecca240581xx, unfortunately, there isn't any engineer support for Sky's streaming service, as it is a plug-and-play service.
The unboxing/packaging of the TV is a paid-for extra you can add to your delivery via Sky's delivery partner's website/order tracking facility before your order is delivered.

Re: Can anybody help me please
@MarkGoldsmith I got mine lifted onto to the stand for me 2 years ago unless that's now changed ? But they'd still have to do it for me as I'm disabled so all I did was set it up if I needed that again they'd have to unpack and put on the stand and I'd manage to set it up like last time I never had premium delivery so it was all done with no issues and was free as I didn't want premium delivery

Re: Can anybody help me please
@Yoghurt That is no longer included as per this link https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/buying-sky-glass/sky-glass-faqs/articles/delivery-sky-g...
It's only included as part if premium deliver unlike the early days when it was setup on the stand for the customer.
Chosen premium delivery? Our delivery team will assemble the Sky Glass TV stand when they unbox your Sky Glass.

Re: Can anybody help me please
@GD1 That's shocking so if I wanted standard delivery now they wouldn't put it on the stand that's terrible

Yep, thats about it, I'm guessing the stopped it as standard due to the time it takes to setup on the stand etc.
Which is a shame I agree.
