CCA Agreement unable to sign on app

I do not know if my situation is unique. I have 2 accounts with sky, mobile and everything else. I am not able to sign my CCA agreement because of this so will not get my delivery by Monday. Does anyone have any suggestions

Have you tried the website? Usually it is the email address / Sky ID you placed the order with. Failing this you will need to call Sky for assistance as we are fellow subscribers on the forum.
