Recently as in over the last week my sky glass or puck when I'm watching from a second room just drop the programme I'm watching and go to a blank blue screen. Even had the message this channel is not available a few times. The. When you go home the channel is there but just shows a blank blue or black screen and no sound or information. It's really frustrating. We have reconnected to our Sky Wifi recently and rebooted the device with a full reset a few times but it's still happening.
