We have no idea about the layout of your property.
Sky Glass has no engineer support - it is up to you, the customer, to troubleshoot your home broadband network in order to provide the TV with a fast and stable enough connection in order for it to receive the service.
If you have Sky Broadband then I believe boosters are available, depending on your package.
You are much better off sorting out your own network independently. Invest in a decent WiFi mesh system or perhaps try some powerline adapters in order to get the broadband signal from your router to your Glass TV as efficiently as possible.
