Got a Smart sofa 2 Seater with console. Built in speakers which are in the head rest so I can hear the TV better..
It connected the day my sofa arrived for 8 hrs and never have done since 😭 if you notice nothing connects anymore only certain headphones. They told me it was my sofa has "legacy" Bluetooth but in the store it connects to their Hi-sense TV with ease..
Complained so much to sky they have now given me a "dead lock letter"
Which means I can go further to complain which I will be doing as if you think about it all you people who's been having problems with their Sky Glass TV connecting their Bluetooth things keep complaining and get your dead lock letter and take it further.. If you have an iPhone etc your ok as every manufacturer sends to think we all have them.. No we don't many have Android but we're stuffed and what headphones are acceptable to this TV.
24 years of being with sky means nothing anymore..
