Bill

Hi ive recieved any email saying about my account being cut off.. I made payment in the 25th feb of nearly £60. My next bill is due on 19th march. Can you please explain why i have recieved this email Denise carter

Are you sure it's from Sky? Did they address you by your name? There's so many scam emails around I'd make sure this is genuine. Best ring Sky to make sure.

No one here can tell you as we are fellow customers here on the community. Verify the information on your MySky app or the website. Not via any links on the emails.

 

Have your services been restricted? If so have you ensured there is a new continuous payment method on your account?
