Best Picture Settings for Gen 2

What settings do people use to get the best picture for HD content on gen 2. And also for UHD.

I'm a little lazy in this regard ..... I did have my gen1 setup customised but i flick between auto and vivid presets on my gen 2 depending on what I'm watching .
