Awful service

Is it me or is sky awful in every way? The support function simply will not help. I've been subscribed for 4 weeks and tv disrupted on EVERY day. 
The automated chat 'support' has no options that are helpful. 
no response to my complaint either.

If you submitted an official complaint via the process here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint, then Sky have 8 weeks to respond to it.
