Annoying voice

A womens voice tells us the volume every time we change it and constantly describes what programmes we are scrolling through, how do I disable it

This sounds like voice guidance has been turned on.

 

Try the following and turn the voice guidance option to OFF.

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote.
  2. Scroll down to Settings, then press Select, or say Settings.
  3. Select Accessibility then Voice guidance

Thanks, tried that last night, it is a new tv, we wondered if it will stop when it is all set up
