Amazon music

The Amazon music app seems to have stopped working on my sky glass. 
it used to work with no problems and now it doesn't go any further than shown in photo.

 

i have refreshed apps and have restarted the tv multiple times. 

Any suggestions?

Just tried mine on my Sky Stream and all working ok, so it's not looking like a general issue

 

See you have tried an app refresh. An app refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete fully.

 

Only other thing to suggest, is to do a restart of your broadband router/hub.

Best to put your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream Pucks into standby when doing that.
