Ad Skipping - does not always work

We pay £6/month for ad skipping but there are many times it does not work. I cannot figure out a pattern. Tonight we watched Limitless Win which was broadcast about 4 weeks ago on STV (ITV I guess outside Scotland). It would not skip ads. Other STV programms sometimes do. Can anyone explain the "rules" or "logic" to this supposed feature which we are paying for? Thanks for any tips/advice/help.

Hi @groupcaptain

See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/ad-skipping-sky-glass

I know there was a bug that STV are working on re skipping ads. A few users have mentioned on the community recently.

Thanks for your reply. Do Sky have any facility where we can see current issues so that we understand and know they are taking action? To just have it not working with no explanation isn't great but I appreciate your response and understand you are not Sky!

Essentially, no.  Occasionally it will be mentioned by one of the Sky staff forum moderators.
