A PATCH OF DIFFERENT COLOURED PIXELS

I have has my sky glass for around 9 months and there;s a patch of the screen where is showing a different colour, it never fades and is especially vivid if the programme I am watching is light - any suggestions ?

Assuming it's not physical damage from an impact, I'd suggest claiming a swap-out under warranty.

Definitely start the swap process as already advised, but while waiting you can always try the following video via the YouTube app on the TV.

 

Let it run in HD for a good 30 - 45 minutes and whatever you do, don't watch it while it is running! 

I had an old Samsung with a similar sounding issue that this process fixed, but no guarantees...
