2nd hand Sky Glass TV activation problems

Hi there - I bought a second hand Sky Glass Gen 1 TV for my bedroom. I have a Sky Glass already with an active Whole Home subscription.

 

I have followed all the instructions here ( https://www.sky.com/help/articles/buying-sky-glass-second-hand ) to factory reset and link the additional Sky Glass TV to my account, but I am stuck at the bit where I have to type in the 6 digit code online - nothing happens.

 

I have been on the phone to Sky a few times, but with no resolution. I have had the tv for a week and still cannot use it. Does anybody know what I can do to resolve this? Thanks.
