wifi

i've got a samsung phone and it connected to my wifi at home with no problems now it says connected without internet and uses all my data?

pls can you help as i have turned the router on and off so many times and it doesnt help?

@TRACYSEXYLEGS I had a similar problem connecting to a hotel wi-fi a couple of weeks ago.  It. connected to their wi-fi but had no internet connection.

I solved this by going into wi-fi settings and told the phone to ignore that network.  I then searched for a network to join and selected the one I just told it to ignore  and it connected straight away with internet access..

Give it a try it might work for you as well.

I turned router and phone off at the same time and it seems OK for now.  Thank you both for your help 👍
