wait for programme to load
A message on my sky glass tv says waiting for programme to load.
It's connected by wi fi
My broadband speed seems OK.

Hi @BERTRUDEI
Try a restart in the first instance. Glass and Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
You can check the speed your getting by opening netflix and going to the menu > get help? > Connection check.

Turning off at mains and restarting sorts it but it's annoying! Shouldn't have to do it, beginning to wish I'd stuck with sky q

You haven't answered my question.. obviously it's different technology and uses different way to deliver content. Have you checked that your unit is meeting the minimum specifications set by Sky?
We need information in order for the community to be able to assist, not just generic statements. Remember we are not Sky support, we have no idea what what your set up is unless you tell us...
I have a Glass and 4 pucks and have no issues. Compared to Q mini boxes which always used to disconnect.
