Not sure what is happening, nothing is working, no sky glass tv working, technical issue and no netflix working coming up the ui-800-3 error. I tried unplugging, waiting a while and plugging a few times, not working, tried the puck box reset a few times, not working either, I changed the batteries of my puck remote, and it did not make any difference, what can be happening? help please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@chantaliz The issue won't be with your remote so changing the batteries is pointless, you have a wifi connection or broadband issue.
Have your checked your broadband service is still up & running?

Thank you for replying. Now the sky glass is working, I have not tried to connect with Netflix, I will do that tomorrow, I hope it is fixed. Thank you for giving me some hints. Have a good evening.
