sky glass
keeps going down all time when watching it. Can not watch a programme with out goiing down.

Hi @joanne772
Its likely to be the quality of your internet connection that is causing issues. Does your internet meets the minimum requirements for Glass? (25mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD)... You can check the speed your glass is receiving by opening netflix, going to settings and running a connection check.
If your WiFi signal is marginal, this will also cause issues. Using an ethernet cable or homeplugs or asking your ISP for WiFi extenders may help. If you do use ethernetz you need to turn WiFi off in the settings menu and restart your glass.
