sky glass tv broken been left wiv out tv n service been on phone to since last week not got no were still no tv

You will need to provide more information broke how? The TV is your property (repayments are for the loan) and accidental damage is not covered by warranty.
Warranty lasta for 2 years and covers component failures. Outside of this you can get everything bar the screen repaired. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs.
Remember we are fellow customers here on the community not sky.
