sky glass login

cant loginto sky glass wont recognise email at allwhichever device i use ,phone laptop or pc so issue is at skys end

You don't  put an email  address  in as far as I  remember  you put your sky 6 digits pin in, and when you are setting  up the tv it should  come up with  your name saying  is this you, the pin is ether  the last 6 digits  of your back account  that you use to pay sky you mobile  number  you have registered  with sky or a pin that you have  used on an other sky equipment  in the  past

This doesn't work . The i structions are log into sky.com/ activate . The sky ask for email  and then postcode . An error occurs on asking for postcode saying sky has fault at moment . This has been going on line This for a week

I would  ring sky  then and get them  to help you
