need help ordering a new wire for my sky stream puck

i need to order a new wire for my stream puck but im unable to get hold of anyone.. is there an email address for sky customer service??

@leanne19882  What do you mean by a new "wire" ?   Is this a power cable? Ethernet cables?  HDMI cables

 

If power cable you can't order a spare part you will need to call Sky.

 

If it's the ethernet cable or HDMI cable you don't neeed to speak to Sky, any decent electrical retailier will sell ethernet cables.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What kind of 'wire' do you need? A power cable? An HDMI cable? 

There is no email address for customer service - you'll need to persevere on the phone I'm afraid.
