lose the internet on TV Glass

my internet keeps stopping on my Sky Glass TV.I just sit there watching TV and the TV goes off. Look on the  router and I will have 2 orange lights and 2 green instead of 4 green ones. This is now happening every day 1-3 times. I am 86 years old living in my own and it's very annoying, got to keep putting in the password for the internet. I would like an engineer to come look at it I can't pull the TV out to look at all the wiring etc   regards

@Sherbert123   Sky Glass has no engin eer appointments so you won;t get anyone from Sky to look at your Glass TV.
