“let’s link your account”
My sky glass tv is prompting me to link my account... every time i type in the website or scan the QR code, i then type in the code and it says "check your sky glass, if your not connected please try again later"
Ive tried again later at least 10 times... nothings happening and sky have told me they can't sort it for 72 hours.... HELP🫠🫠

You do this on the my sky app normally

Home page product settings open that device management activate new device

You put your code in there on the my sky app

Hi @harrismiaxxx and @miaharris
As advised by @peter-marlow+1966 you need to be signed into your MySky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky . During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.

If all else fails call Sky for some additional troubleshooting.
