how to restore my tv to its normal channels

how to reinstate my tv channels after we tried to get a pin to watch films but cannot get a pin so we need to have the channels back

It's not clear what your issue is. Do you mean you have forgotten your Sky Glass PIN? See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-pin for information on how to reset.
